on friday I finally got my John Deere 7410 tractor back with a half shoe box full of warn out parts. It was the opinion of tech who did the work that the differential should never had warn out so fast, it had less than 2500 hours on it. He figured it likely suffered from two problems. First it wasn't setup correctly at the factory, and second it wasn't lubed with the right oil. The oil in it was the original oil that we received it with. At some point they switched to using transmission hydraulic fluid rather than the 70-140 weight it had in it.
