Top of the throttle body, in front of the casting there is a goofy looking "plug" that is the screw. Standard slot screw head, casting just above it says 'Toyota' on it. Just to the left of the 3.0 EFI plate on the top of the intake casting. Took me forever to find out that was it. You would think a idle screw would be what we normally see on a carb. Not so.
