yes i have the 1 3/8 " body lift. i used clear tubing. rear diff breather hose i took it up into the chassis, looped the end a couple a times. took the brather hose from the tranny and front diff through the chassis up the firewall and strapped it behind the battery looped it a couple of times at the ends. ill take some pics when i get a chance. i a not sure if the transfer case has a breather...oh well never got water in it
