Done! Well, sort of. It took five hours last night and about twelve hours today an it is all buttoned up. I just have to add coolant in the morning and I'll fire it up. Man I'm keeping my fingers crossed. That was a hard job. I hope it is sealed well. I made sure to clean all gasket surfaces really well so we'll see. I also learned alot about my Jeep and if all goes well this will be a big confidence builder for the next job. Thanks for all the input.

It seems to be running good so far. It is much quieter and I don't see any leaks yet. I've only driven short distances though.

I like your idea, when I used to manage a shop I gave the techs muffin pans. it helped in the order of take down as well. Excellent call on gloves as well. I clean my parts as well with a water based degreaser. It really helps with the satisfaction level after to see a clean job.
