Sorry, so that I am not misunderstood; my post was not about condoning his behaviour on this forum as I personally don't think it is ever necessary to swear at or berate someone. It was about responding to allegations from would be customers ( not actual customers) that may have a negative effect on the guy's business. I was simply trying to balance out the argument and offer an other perspective from an actual customer who is indeed satisfied. Everyone I know that has bought anything from this company has been all together satisfied with the level of service offered and the product itself. In my opinion he was being unfairly critisized through hearsay rather than actual experience and has a right to be upset. Again, for the record, I do not condone the way he went about dealing with it on this forum. Thanks
