Easier said than done, I suspect. Especially if you don't live in the SW. Exactly where is "The Village" again?


The Village is where they kept #6 to try to break him. I'm in south central Iowa where it is possible to grow a lawn without watering. I will note, I have lived in desert climates, and I didn't try to grow a green grass lawn. I had exclusively desert plants, some of which were grasses, just not standard turf grasses. The desert grasses dried up and went dormant between the rains. I remember hearing the desert SW didn't have enough water supplies for expected future growth two decades ago. This isn't some short term issue. Now why haven't they taken the measures needed to stabilize things? Well, now we're just a couple years from possible systems failure.
