Getting the Wheeling Fever
I am looking for a 2008 JK Service Manual - did not find any info in the archives. Any links to legitimate copies of Service Manual would be appreciated. BTW, the Dealer quoted me about $320 if you can believe that...any on a CD?
Many thanks,

Body Damage is Cool
Looking for the same thing. Post a link if you find a good source.
Project JK has the fault code list and a PDF of the owners manual but I haven't found the Service Manual online yet.

That sounds about right for a Factory Service Manual. If I remember right Porsche wanted about $700.00 for the FSM for my 1987 944S, but its old enough I found it on CD for ~$15.00.

Out of curiosity, what broke in such a short time that was not covered by the Factory Warranty that you want to purchase a Service Manual already? Or is it you just want to learn more about your vehicle?

I have a habit or wrenching on all my vehicles, new and old and all my motorcycles - so, right on, just want the knowledge base at my fingertips and I believe in grease and note covered paper over a CD.
I found a link to a 2007 JK (might be the same for a 2008) and the site wants about 60 bucks for a CD - but it might be a bootleg copy and I am not about to start posting that online.

I definitely agree on wrenching on my stuff, I haven't owned anything that actually had a warranty, yet. I agree on having it on paper too, I printed off manual section by section, as I needed it.

$60.00 seems awfully high for a CD of the manual unless it is an interactive thing. The CD I got was just a scanned in version of the original FSM, I would be a little annoyed to pay that much for a scanned book, but then on certain things I am a little cheap.
