If over 90K miles and the plug wires/coils are originals I would change them. When you did the plugs did you notice oil on them? If yes then the valve cover gasket is leaking and could cause the misfire. 1998 Sportage - Gone. 2004 Honda Civic Coupe. 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara - She got it.
