Timing belt was due at 60k but most people replacing them at that mileage have reported the belts to be in great shape. I replaced mine at 110k and it was in good shape. Also the 3.2 is a non-intereference.
Keep in mind that while it'll tow that weight without a problem it may not be as comfortable as a longer wheelbase vehicle.
