Yes, but its a trade off with pro's and cons to both. The pros are that you can swap in the crawler gears and be ready to go. Cons are not as much reduction and no SYE.

On the other hand With the 231 swap you have to get new drive shafts fabricated, fabricate new shifter linkage etc. If you factor in the cost of a Slip yoke eliminator kit, custom drive shafts, and the 4 to 1 Terra low you've already exceeded the price of the aussie gear kit, but in the end can have a better product with custom shafts SYE and 4 to 1.

I'm still not sure which direction I want to go. For my SR which will probably never see a SAS I'll go with the aussie gears. With my 89 which might see a SAS one day the slip yoke in the front will eventually have to go. Scrounging for deals for 231's with the SYE already installed may be the wayt to go.
