Sure it does. If Sparky chimes in, maybe he can remember how much it was to have 5 used tires mounted on rims shipped from me to him. He arranged all the shipping. I just had to hand them over to the shipper. I can't remember who the shipper was, but IIRC it was one of the major guys (i.e., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
