Look at the date of the original post. This post was brought up because the <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" />clown has not shipped what was paid for almost 1 year later. I dont think he needs advice on how to ship stuff.
I say send these guys their money back, thief.

sparky, it sounds like you guys have the solid base of a class action suit... wheres the lawyer graemlin? did you guys do pay pal or what? if not mabey we can lobby for it on the pay it foward thread. im sure this cat skulking around the board someplace, following this thread... sure do hope you guys get your jack back. btw, as your legal misrepresentation... i will of course have to retain 92% of all recovered monies, then theres the matter of my fee & retainer. too soon to make light <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />?

I know he's on here, as he PM'd me about a month ago talking about how he's going to refund my money..yea right...still haven't seen it.

He told me he'd refund my money and i said i would rather have my parts and then he said he would ship them, that was the last i heard from him about a month ago.
