I converted my CJ to a 360 last year and got it running, but this year I am going for an inspection and need to figure out my emissions system. I took the engine from a '87 grand wagoneer and maintained 90% of the connections, but there are still a few I'm not sure of.

1. The vaccum routing diagram below shows only 4 connections to the Evaporative Canister. I have two connections at the location listed as Purge SIG and one of them has no hose.

2. I installed some hedman hedders I had from another jeep V-8 and want to use them, but I I'm not sure what the emissions standards are for the vehicle. The donor 1987 Grang Wagoneer has an air pump and air injetion system, but the 1981 258 did evan have a cat. Can anyone fill me in on what is required for a 1981 CJ7 with this conversion?

3. Lastly, there are two wire running out toward the transmission (1 red and 1 yellow) I know the red is for the back-up light switch, but have not found a home for the yellow.

Any help you could give will be much appreciated. Thanks.
