Stitching the sectioned bed back together and making it look clean is going to take a lot of time and energy. I am no expert at body work, and have gotten pretty good results when making half doors. The doors took only about 30 minutes to stitch weld together, and about 15hours to get the body work to look clean <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />.

Don't forget to add the cost of paint to the cost of the bed, for when you section it, or if it isn't the same color as your truck is now.
