I see what looks like some kind of epoxy where the hinge separated.

Am I blind? Is this thing bolted on and welded or bolted and epoxyed?
If epoxyed what kind, and will JB weld work?
Only took me 3.5 hours buttchewing time with the Insurrance to get value of vehicle up enough to maximize repair funds. Girlfriend doesn't know that this means extra toys with leftovers

If memory serves my right, the hinge is bolted and that sealed with some type of water sealant.

Yep, they are bolted on and sealed, the two bolts are visible in the picture. I am not sure if the sealant is used to locate the hinges for alignement purposes, or to simply keep water out.

To put the door back on it will be easier to take the fender off, so you have easy access to the hinge bolts. You have to remove the marker light, and several bolts to do it, and don't forget the ones at the bottom of the cab.

Are you trying to repair the fender and door? How bad are they? Depending on the damage, maybe better to find some used parts. Do you have body fender repair background? I have seen some pretty decent and cheap aftermarket parts. Might be the way to go.

There isn't outward movement for the door, only side-to-side, and up-down. You can get outward movement of the fender by loosening the bolts along the hood side, pul fender outward, and tighten bolts. Then do the same on the bottom bolts under the cab. You don't get a lot of movement, but it should be enough, when using oem replacement parts. Getting aftermarket fenders to fit right may take an autobody person, my experienc(very little) is just from removing and reinstalling oem fenders, on both 2nd and 3rd gen rigs.

I heard the aftermarket stuff is made cheaply and does not fit properly. I did find Oem at a toyo specialty junkyard.
The only auto body experience I have is with a sawzall, comealong, 3lb sledge and light welding. However I am not scared of getting dirty and actually like spending time on the rig. Sounds simple enough I can't wait to enjoy my new leather seats.
