Need a Spot

I saw some listings on eBay for brand new 22re motors from a company call japaneseengines inc......anyone familiar with this.....is this REAL....brand new engines?

I'm lookin to buy a 22re and was gonna find a place to buy a reman'd engine......would a brand new one be the better way to go?

i believe they said the new engines only have a 1 year unlimited mile warranty
