Need a Spot

I have a 2004 TJ with 3 inch coil spacers and i was getting a vibration in the drive shaft so i put in a skyjacker transfer case lowering kit. It made the vibration go away but my malfunction indicator light (MIL)came on, what caused this and how would i go about fixing it?
