We definitely need some more information.

First, did you get the new tires, balance, and front end alignment at the same time and from the same place?

Second, was the wobble occuring before you got that work done?

If the answer to the first question is "yes", and the answer to the second question is "no", then the answer is simple -- take it back to where you paid to get the work done, describe the symptoms (take them for a ride if you have to), and tell them to fix it.
