Thanks to all replies. The headlights are a pain. With several rock chips they won't pass State light inspection for registration. In the old days you went to a parts store and bought a sealed beam by GE or Silvania that fit most cars made. Now the headlights are so stylized that one has to buy headlamp assemblies. This '91 has a composite headlight $$$. The local dealer wants $135 or so. Drove out to the Isuzu recycle yard and the man at the desk informed me that they are no longer buying older Isuzus to part out ( no money in it). They had no used headlamps, and he would do no better than the dealer for new price, so he lost a sale. A little profit is better than no profit. ORV's are for off road and lights are going to break. Manufactures should make body parts that are economical to replace. Found a place on the net that will beat the dealer price by 30%. I think they all order from the same place.
