it's alot less difficult to do it now...not later.
Sounds like a good project if you want to get your hands dirty.

i would start by wiping down the area to identify the exact location of the leak (might just be the hose). Then if it is really tiny holes in the radiator, patch them with puddy until you find a replacement part.

Holes are probably caused by something... acid from old coolant eating it up, or soft radiator rubbing on hard steel... so fix the cause and the symptom


Very good recomendation. I killed a good vehicle a few years ago trying to save a couple of bucks.

With a radiator and cooling systems most of the problem is just dirty work. Cooling problem can be very expensive
