Unfortunately my SWB didn't work out and I now have a toyota. It is not all bad. But I remember the Gen1's have a cool compartment for the Jack in both the SWB and LWB department. I recently herculined my trucks cab and ditched the carpet and am trying to fab something similar to this compartment door to cover my ECU and seal water from it in cab during cleaning with a hose. If it fits cutting one from a dead montero and tacking it in would be ideal. Could anyone post picks and dimensions to these doors? Thanks in advance for anyone willing to help. Best, Jeremy

I'll get the measurements for you, but an ammo can will be easier to fit and is water tight already. The Montero jack compartment isn't exactly water tight.

Not really planning on submerging it. Really just want to cover it and make water resistant. But an ammo can may be an option. I will check it out.
