I was going to post that. That is F-N awesome. I want to try that. On Landraiders go-cart he built, I think 5hp, you could drift somewhat.
I just want to tell you both good luck, and we're all counting on you.

HP.-Many years ago it was determined that an average good horse could lift the equivalent of 33,000lb a height of 1" in 1min, which is the same as 33,000 ft-lb/min or horsepower. A definition from the Refrigeration and air conditioning technology book. Not to bore you guys out. But that how it describes it. Hell, It even gives the definition of work. Any way, cool videos.

From Wikipedia (so take it for what it's worth): The term "horsepower" was coined by the engineer James Watt (1736 to 1819) in 1782 while working in the performance of steam engines. This occurred while using a mine pony to lift coal out of a coal mine. He conceived the idea of defining the power exerted by these animals to accomplish this work. He found that, on the average, a mine horse could pull (lift by means of a pulley) 22,000 foot-pounds per minute. Rather than call this "pony" power, he increased these test results by 50 percent, and called it horsepower i.e. 33,000 foot-pounds of work per minute. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horsepower

He used a Donkey, or something else that was not a horse, and an average horse makes approx 12 hp.
