It sounds like you'll need to do a little to get the clutch hydraulics straightened out, but not much. Other than that you should be fine. I'm working with a 3.1 with Auto trans from a RHD that I'm putting in a LHD trooper. No real LHD/RHD issues that I've seen other than having to move the brake lines out of the way of the exhaust.

Keep us posted on how it goes. Read through my conversion post to see some of the issues I've run into. Hopefully you'll have less issues with the manual transmission.
