Ok the guy has a 20 gallon tank with 3 openings in it..small ones at that. All I can see is a lot of liquid soap and a water hose! MAybe a towel if he can get his hand in there to wipe it down and maybe a lectric fan to help in drying it out.. But cleaning a gasoline tank with a refrigerant? Not a freaking chance.
