well, it is some of the tech infor the stealership use and other's they do charge by the hour at about $50-$80 per hour, I had one place that I will never use again they replace some things on my wifes Caravan, it was missing a bolt somewhere I said it was missing and if it not a problem go a head and replace it well I guess the person doing it went back and forth to find the right bolt to fit it a few dozen times until he found the right one but they do charge that much to repair and they have alot of the right tools. well on them.

That's odd. only four nuts held my bumper assembly to frame? used take it off every weekend before playing. about 10 minutes. then I got lazy and kept it off. Oregon has no bumper law, so i won't get in trouble there.

4 bolts here........is that the case?

Well it's 4 nuts that hold the old bumper on took 15 minutes to remove.

Not to happy with the silver and black, on a gold Sporty, I'll see what i think in the morning, but I think I'll either paint it black, or go body colour!

Looks like I have a slightly twisted front frame, one bumper mount is .300" higher than the other, it dosn't sound much but when transfered over the 24 3/8" between mounts it makes one end of the bumper 1 1/8" higher than the other. IE: The gap between the headlight and the bumper is smaller on the pass side, a dead blow mallet solved the issue!

I wonder how It got that way, I've had the Sporty since day one, with no accidents!

And I lost the cable to my camera so I can't upload the pictures i took!

the bumper should have a little bit of adjustment in it if you leave the bolts a little loose and then tighten them once everything is in. 1-1/8"! that's a big difference. i know mine is bent too, but i've ABUSED it.
