Getting the Wheeling Fever
I was wondering if anyone knew if the crank out of an 84-85 22R is the same as say a 92 22RE? Thanks

All 85 to 95 22r/re are the same. The cranks should be interchangeable. 84 and earlier had a different block, I don't know if the 84 crank is the same.

I just found a site that answers it for me

It says 83-84 has the same crank as the 85-94 but thats all that was the same.

>>>*All 1975 to 1995 20R, 22R, 22RE, 22REC and the 22RTEC are indentical and completely interchangable.

There are some bearing and connecting rod differences, the cranks are all the same.....*EB
