I missed most of the comments against Matt, but probably unlike dieter I've actually met and spent time with Matt...a few years in Moab back he rode along with me on Fins 'n Things after his truck broke down on the trail. I have talked to him regularly ever since.
I consider Matt to be a very nice guy, and amazingly patient with what has to be an unending stream of newbie/dumbass questions (some of them mine), all while he is trying to get a ton of work done at his shop.
And from a pragmatic standpoint for the Isuzu community, without Matt's efforts (and cold hard cash) there would NOT be Aussie lockers for Isuzu axles, Heavy Duty Isuzu tie rods, or any of the other Isuzu-specific products Independent4x offers. Nobody else is doing it...period. A few vendors make a few products for Isuzus (like ARB/OME, Joe Darlington, can't really count Calmini any more) but that's it. Independent4x is the only full-service shop/vendor out there that is servicing our community.
If you have a specific problem with Independent4x or Matt personally then by all means let's hear it and I promise we will evaluate your complaint on it's own merits...but nebulous "he's a jerk" complaints don't help anybody.

The reason we still have the Isuzu aftermarket that we do is in no small part thanks to Matt and Indy4x. -Rob

IMHO Matt has the best customer service i have ever incountered, alot of other buisness could learn from Matt. Matt has helped me out more times than i can count. Yes i have owned isuzu's since 1990, i have spent alot with Matt and have never had a problem, i can't say that about any other vendor i have delt with, i not only buy isuzu but jeep parts for my Dads cj7, he will beat or match prices. I am also in the automotive business so i deal with alot of vendors i wish they had the service that Matt gives. I think you find all this and other boards most will agree with what i said than what you have said about Matt. Take care Don.

So, with this quote from you... And the forum doesn't benefit from childish pissing matches either. I put that there in place of what he originally typed. Sorry for the confusion. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
