Either company has good products mostly but RockProducts supplies only brand new parts. Topline also has new items but they also recondition so there is a wide difference in price between new and rebuilt. The rebuilts should work fine, we never buy rebuilt cranks and rods for resale since we can simply do that ourselves inhouse........*EB *Beats the he** outa me!....*LOL**...
