Well 400 was his asking price. I haven't started haggling yet! I was thinking it might be a fun project. I could do a head swap, but I really want FI, And i figure a good running 4.0 is chaper than a howell kit, and with the time involved in doing a do it yourself efi set up, I could do the engine swap. Now, I know there are the folks out there saying, "slap a V8 in there and be done with it." But kind of like I still have a thing for CJ's, I have a thing for the 6. I just mentioned the waterpump cause the xj's I believe are offset.
