Please enlighten me as to how you are going to modify the back seat of a T100 and install head rests/bumpers in a manner that would provide a comfy and safe ride?

I don't see how that is possible without having the rear seat rider's head tilted forward.

Got any pics of such a mod?

I have two kids that ride in the T100 with me all the time.
