well I took it to a service center and changed the oil to Semi-Synthetic Delphi 10w/40
now the car gone much quieter but not totaly silent, I still get the warm tapping but it is not loud like before.

about the addictive, as Monte said I can't ship it to myself because the courier I am using which is Aramex.
