There are fuses and 2 relays under the hood. Both are similar..but both must work for the fuel pump to work.

Try to hear the pump buzz for 1-2 sec at KEY ON... fold down the rear seat and remove the cover for access to the top of fuel tank. YOu an take a voltage measurement there at the pump connecetor is pump does not buzz.
