Sounds like my experience with performanceparts.com, had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in order to get an email response, (they're not BBB members big suprise) but it got the ball rolling, ordered a radiator from them ~$500, leaker on arrival, awaiting refund due to being out of stock...they're not in Tennessee are they?
