I recently replaced the headgasket on my 4d55 mighty max. After doing this the truck ran great and no more overheating problems. After about 2 days when the vehicle warms up it bubbles out of the overflow on the coolant tank. It doesn't run hot or lack power. It is strong with no abnormal exhaust or sounds.

Radiator cap ok? May not be holding pressure, or leaking check valve.
Otherwise, these questions. Did you have the radiator rodded out? Did you surface the head and block? Does your fuel gauge read full when the tank is full? Where on the gauge does your coolant temp read?
