If you search Pirate BB's i think 4runnerrick did it a few years ago.

I do not know how 4RnrRick did his but Jon at A-P cut the back section off his runner and grafted the back section of a PU box on his when he did it years ago., I still say gut it and use it for storage you can never have to much storage on a rig.
