Need a Spot
I have been hunting high and low for a transfer case for a 5-Speed 1989 V6 Raider. My search came to an end last Sunday when I finally had the part delivered to my house ... with an entire truck attached to it. Too funny. I needed another Raider like I need a hole in the head.

This truck I just bought is a daily driver with strong 4x4 and motor, mint interior, mint red exterior, never smoked in, no sun damage, tinted windows, clean windshield, brand new phat snow tires, a spare clutch in the back, ready to go and super clean, ... and thus it seems criminal to kill it for just the one part, ... leaving me again looking for a transfer case for a 1989 5-speed Dodge Raider.

"Bad Loop". Count'em, 5 Raiders in my driveway.

CJM, you have V6 parts? I think the 4 and 6's are different.

I'm going to keep the V6 as a spare for my wife's 89 Monty, use all the engine bay parts for her truck. I'm going to do the V6 brake swap onto my 87 Raider, as I use it to tow quite often and run 33's. Game's open otherwise, but we haven't really started parting out in earnest yet. Wha ha ha... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" />

I just finished stripping down my 89 V6/Auto parts truck 9except for that last pesky LSD assembly).

The tranny and gearbox were pulled out as a unit and sit in my garage on an old creep for the moment.

The auto tranny had recently been rebuilt/reconditioned before the poor old truck developed other electrical issues I almost solved, but just wasnt worth the time and effort since she was getting parted anyway do to extensive rust.

Anyway, point being i have an auto tranny and gearbox unit available.

I'm not sure if the auto and manual gearboxes were the same - I think so - but I'm also fairly close to Toronto. I will sell the tranny and gearboxes separately.

If interested, PM me!
