She's done! Finished the swapout and took her for a test drive. Quite a difference; scooting along at a blistering 7mph at 3000rpm in 4Low. Can't wait to do some crawling!

Also finished the installation/rebuild instructions. Plenty of pictures and tips for anyone considering this mod. Capn has graciously offered to host the .pdf file--I sent him the file but it will probably be awhile before he has time to post it up.
