True, but most of the bolt on products like headers, intakes, throttle bodies are mechanical and wont fail like the electronic systems, and still CARB drags its feet.

IIRC, you work/worked in the smog field, if so do you know if the fuel line leak test went into effect for pre-obdII cars last Nov. as it was scheduled to?
