My girlfriend and I picked up a 4x4 base model sportage for rather cheap, and i'm now interested in doing a few things to it. Which brings me to my questions that i couldn't find when i searched:

1) For a small lift (~2 inches), what parts do i use and how do i go about doing so. DIY somewhere?

2) I would like some fender flares for the wider wheels and tires i'll be putting on this summer, where do i get some? If they aren't available for the sportage, is there another vehicle's flares that fit the sportages?

3) Front grill guard/bull bar... I've seen many with them, can't find them online. Is there one that is made for another vehicle that will fit the sportage?

4) Wheels: Is there a preferred offset that I should shoot for? Or any 5x5.5 wheels? I want to fit some 15x8 wheels with 30x9.5x15 tires. Will these be ok for daily driving around town?
