break in with cheap factory box ammo. heck even cheap reloads will do.

but once you are using the firearm for home defense, buy the best stuff out there.

federal hydroshoks are still my fav.

plus an article i read says, if you have DO HAVE TO USE it for self defense, the last thing you need is the DA grilling you on the stand and asking why you decide to use your own ammo that you loaded with super duper "hot" loads...

best to be "caught" with factory HD loads. the erticle went on to say to save the last few rounds of the box, including the box itself, in case it does go to trial...
