Ya, we got a notice to that affect at work the other day. Apparently a few duty Glocks have gone kaboom and they attribute that to the bullet being pushed into far from constant rechambering.

Thing is...I'm still confused why the weakspot in the bullet would go from where the bullet normally exits, to the back of the case and down through the barrel and frame, where splits the steel bullet chamber and poly frame.
