Hi,

So when home from the restaurant, I decided to see if the transfer case and all still worked. So I put in 4x4 hi, drove a few feet forward, and when I backed up this scraping noise appeared, and it felt like if the handbrake was engaged. It sounded like metal grinding against metal, and only when reversing. This was on concrete, but since people rock crawl with their monteros, I don't think a few feet would damage it. After all, it is a solid built car.

Do you have any ideas? I've been leaking lately, possibly from the front differential. Could this be the reason?
