If you do the SOA for the rear axle, how will you accomodate the difference in front to rear altitude?

The rear SOA will definitely affect your axle alignment, you may consider pinion oiling, vibrations, lengthing the e-brake cables, changing the spring configuration to fight axle hop,and other 'caused' issues.
