Need a Spot

Checked for any noticable cracks on the line and couldn't notice any. It doesn't seem to overheat at all.

There looks to be a little nut and bolt that I may be able to adjust the height on to make it idle lower or higher. Some one mentioned about cleaning the throtle body ,too.
