I've still got my money on your battery. I had my tranny rebuilt at 160k and a exterior cooler installed for around $3,000. So when my light started flashing at around 210K I wasn't very happy. Three weeks later I had to replace the battery and I've not had that light come on once since then and that was 3 years ago. (Been a daily driver for 2 of those, it sat in the shop for over a year while I took my time doing the 3.4 engine swap)
