I just want to correct my last post I just realized I didn't say what I meant to. When I said "There are not enough of them out there nor can people afford to take them to the dealers, about the only time they see the same problem over and over again is for recalls." What I really meant to say was; People with vehicles over 8-10 years old, 150K+ miles and out of warranty normally don't or can't afford to take them to the dealer. Also I just realized yesterday that the used Trooper I'm getting has a 5 sp Tranny and not the the 4L30E auto like I thought. So If anyone is intrested in converting their 88-91 V6 auto Trooper to a 5 speed I have everything you need.
