im having he same trouble as well. my rodeo is doing the same thing. check tranny light comes on and goes into limp mode. ive checked the voltage for the battery when the truck is off and when its under a load. ive even started the truck and took the negative battery terminal off and its still runs at idle. im tranny not to set it on fire....lol.....but i got this feelin that its something small and right in front of my face but i cant find it. its a 1994 rodeo with the 4l30e. i have no clue what it could be. its a solid truck with no rust and i hate to see it just sit there. is there any hope for me???
