Yes, I'm installing an a/c system into 1984 from a donor truck. I can't find the compressor wire under the hood. my truck might not be prewired for the compressor, everything else under the dash was prewired.

I'm installing 134a into the system. I've read somewhere that a high pressure switch needed to added. Do I need a high pressure switch?

I've also read, change the expansion valve? Where is it?


I've replaced all O rings and installed a new dryer. I'm ready for vaccum and 134a, I think.
