Need a Spot

Hi Gang Need some help with the fuel system on my 00 sportage I replaced the tank with a new tank from the dealer in Bangor Me. repaired the return line connector on the tank unit checked all the lines for leaks new gas cap but still no pressure in the tank the dealer and a tank repair shop here are telling me the tank has to have pressure to stop the DTC light from throwing trouble codes such as system running lean any information you can give me would be great as i dont know what else to try. we had it out on thursday seal looks good and there is no sign of leaking around it

Is the tank full? Could be you have a hole somewhere on the top part of the tank, even the seam!
