There is no quick fix for HP for the Raider unless you go turbo. Everything else is a solution looking for a problem

Ditto. If you're looking for an increase in HP on a 2.6 that'll matter to you, read over the TURBO CONVERSION Bible. I'm more than satisfied with my 2.6 (non-turbo), but that's only because I re-geared my diffs (not cheap).

ok thank you now i just need to know if i can put a holly 650,750,850 or 950 on it to add more hp

Yes you can...so long as your also putting a 305, 350 or 400 cubic inch V8 engine under that same carb.

Seriously though, I think if you get a rebuilt Mikuni (as Cap'n posted a link above) or a Weber, you'll find the little 2.6L will move the Raider along fairly well (I don't win any drag races, but I can maintain 85mph with no trouble...other than keeping her pointed straight down the road from side winds ). If you're just looking for more power, then as other's have posted, the Turbo bible or search the forum for the 4.3L V6 swaps done by other members.
